Port Charlotte Beach Complex
It's official! We are now partnered with Charlotte County as their kayak and canoe rental company. Our base of operations is located in the Port Charlotte Beach Complex (Park) at the end of Harbor Blvd. Come on out and rent a kayak or take a tour with us.
During the winter season, you'll find us on the beach down by the boat ramps most days between 11AM and 4PM, weather permitting. During the summer, unless there are scheduled rentals we are there only Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Walk ups are welcome but it is always best to schedule your trip. It helps us and it helps you by insuring you will have the type and number of boats and accessories you require at the time of your rental. We recommend a morning paddle during the summer to beat the heat as well as the all too present afternoon showers.
There are lots of different routes in the immediate areas to choose from. Wheather a novice or advanced paddler, we can recommend a trip to fit your comport zone.

Peace River
We also deliver kayaks to the Peace River for un-guided rentals as well as for our Master Naturalist guided tours. This destination is one of several we refer to as "Old Florida". For these trips, you will need to schedule a rental in advance by calling 941 255-3686 or, by emaiL. We can then reserve the type of boat(s) you require and schedule a date and time for your kayak outing.
We'll meet you at the Deep Creek Park off Kings Hwy. at the arranged time with the boats and accessories required for your Peace River adventure.

General Information
We have a variety of sit-on-top and sit-in kayaks from which to choose, including Ocean Kayak, Native Watercraft, Wilderness Systems, liquid-logic and Old Town, to name a few. We also have a number of 2 person canoes for those more familiar with a canoe.

All our rentals are accompanied by
- a PFD (life jacket) with sound device
- a Google Earth Map of your route
- and of course, paddles
We have dry boxes on hand for your camera and phone plus bottled water upon request. Oh, and to make a good thing better, remember you are going to be on the water so dress for it, including shoes you don't mind getting wet, plus bring some sun block and a hat!
